Conduct on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients in an assigned territory. Document vehicle identity, mileage, options, damage, and mechanical condition; submit accurate reports and use inspection standards to support marketplace transparency. The role also involves safe vehicle handling, dealer engagement, territory coordination, and collaboration with Manheim teams. Inspect vehicles on dealer lots and safely locate, start, move, and return them. Verify VINs, mileage, vehicle series, and options; enter accurate information into inspection systems. Assess and document vehicle exterior, interior, mechanical components, damage, and inoperable features. Submit daily activity and production reports and use Salesforce for lead and customer tracking. Engage dealer clients, explain inspection services, and support territory participation and productivity. Follow safety procedures, Manheim inspection standards, and the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.
