Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at entertainment and sports venues. In this field-based role, you’ll control access, conduct patrols, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents and emergencies. You will enforce venue policies, complete detailed reports, and collaborate with law enforcement as needed. Success in this position requires strong observation, communication, and de-escalation skills, plus a commitment to exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Monitor venue entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized access Conduct foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior Manage event crowds, queues, and seating areas for safety and comfort Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or EMS as needed Document incidents, prepare clear written reports, and maintain activity logs Provide professional, friendly assistance to guests, staff, and performers Enforce venue policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws consistently Support emergency evacuations and safety drills as directed by supervisors Access control and badge verification Crowd management for events Incident reporting and documentation Surveillance and patrol techniques Emergency response procedures Radio and security systems operation Customer and guest service Conflict de-escalation Basic first aid/CPR knowledge Report writing and communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security guard license (where applicable) CPR/First Aid certification Basic law enforcement or security training Valid driver’s license Crowd management training Conflict de-escalation training5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
