Use behavior management strategies to support members and follow risk management and safety procedures. Support daily operations of fitness and recreation programming and gym facilities. Lead group and individual lessons, events, and recreational activities. Help implement physical fitness programming that meets members’ needs and interests. Maintain equipment and programming in accordance with risk management procedures. Follow safety standards and use behavior management strategies to address inappropriate behavior.
