  • 10 -12 years of BA experience, with experience in Medicaid/MMIS.
  • Experience with HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277).
  • Strong experience with non-X12 batch interfaces, flat files (fixed-width, CSV, pipe-delimited), and custom file layouts.
  • Hands-on experience preparing ICDs, source-to-target mappings, functional specifications, and business rules.
  • Knowledge of batch processing, file validations, control totals, error handling, and reconciliation.
  • SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management, and production interface support.
