Maintain and repair facilities across a portfolio of buildings, handling plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance. Travel between sites, prioritize service requests through a ticketing system, operate equipment safely and coordinate third-party facilities partners. Training is available for candidates with handyman, building maintenance or skilled trades experience. Travel between assigned buildings to assess and resolve facility issues on site. Plan and prioritize daily work in the ticketing system and respond to requests within 24 hours. Repair plumbing fixtures, faucets and leaks. Complete light electrical repairs and troubleshoot, service and maintain HVAC systems. Perform carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds and equipment. Operate lifts and other equipment safely, and coordinate third-party facilities partners.
