The role focuses on client growth, team development, and building relationships. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Service and grow relationships with existing clients. Supervise team activities and monitor results. Train and develop incoming team members on established systems. Submit daily field activity reports using a Salesforce-based CRM. Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities when appropriate. Support client management, leadership development, and community engagement.
