Director, Federal Technology Strategy & Delivery (Business Development)

As Director in KPMG's Federal Advisory Information Technology practice, you will drive growth by expanding the DHS account and leading technology delivery. You'll oversee client engagements, financial management, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service in line with firm standards. You will shape multi-year growth plans and go-to-market strategies, and forge strategic partnerships to strengthen competitive posture. This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, federal program management, and business development, within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Expand the DHS account within Federal Advisory IT practice
• Lead technology business development activities: identification, proposal development, pursuit
• Lead client service delivery teams ensuring adherence to service standards
• Oversee contractual delivery requirements and engagement financial targets; manage stakeholder relationships
• Execute and refine go-to-market strategy for the DHS account; define target markets and growth plans
• Develop and negotiate strategic teaming, mentor-protege, and subcontractor relationships to enhance competitiveness

• Eight+ years of DHS IT program management / business development experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Proven track record identifying, shaping, and closing federal opportunities in DHS
• Experience in Technology Strategy & Delivery space
• Experience leading multi-function teams, full-scale portfolio management, and new business development
• Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
• Ability to travel to support firm engagements
• Eligibility for U.S. Government clearance
