GXO Logistics is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations in our transportation and warehousing facility. You will oversee inbound and outbound audits, track KPIs, investigate defects and drive corrective actions to ensure accuracy, safety and regulatory compliance. Partnering with operations, you’ll standardize processes, train associates and use data to reduce errors and improve service for blue‑chip customers. In GXO’s performance‑driven, collaborative culture, you’ll leverage automation and analytics, contribute to continuous improvement and build a clear career path in global logistics. Supervise daily quality activities across warehouse and transportation operations Plan and execute product, process and documentation audits for inbound and outbound flows Monitor KPIs for accuracy, damage, on‑time performance and compliance, and report trends Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Standardize quality procedures and work instructions across shifts and areas Train and coach associates and leads on quality standards, SOPs and safety practices Collaborate with operations, safety and engineering to improve processes and reduce defects Use data, WMS and analytics tools to identify issues and drive continuous improvement Ensure adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards and GXO policies Support readiness for customer, regulatory and internal quality audits Quality management systems (QMS) Warehouse operations Root cause analysis Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) Data analysis and KPIs Internal auditing Safety and compliance standards WMS/TMS systems MS Excel and reporting Team leadership and coaching Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Six Sigma Green Belt ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) OSHA safety training5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
