Prevention Links Inc seeks a Bilingual Prevention Consultant to design and deliver prevention programs supported by innovative IT solutions. In partnership with Techies, you will create and facilitate bilingual workshops, support technology-enabled prevention tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include community outreach, data collection, outcome reporting, and training stakeholders. Design and deliver bilingual prevention and education programs for diverse community and client groups Consult with internal IT and software teams to integrate prevention best practices into digital tools and platforms Conduct assessments, collect data, and report on program outcomes and effectiveness Provide training, workshops, and technical assistance to partners and stakeholders in English and a second language Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology-enabled prevention initiatives Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance with organizational and funding requirements Engage community partners and clients to improve awareness, adoption, and impact of prevention programs Contribute to continuous improvement of curricula, digital resources, and outreach strategies Bilingual communication (English and second language) Program design and facilitation Community outreach and engagement Data collection and reporting IT literacy and comfort with software tools Presentation and training delivery Needs assessment and evaluation Documentation and compliance tracking Stakeholder collaboration Project coordination Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in prevention, public health, social work, or related field preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language required Training in program evaluation, data collection, or outcome measurement preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
