Accounting Manager

We are working with the Controller of a Retail organization based in Bergen County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid schedule!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily and monthly accounting operations including the month-end close
• Lead Capital and Retail budgets
• Prepare monthly ad-hoc analysis
• Participate in both the audit and tax processes
• Oversee two staff accountants

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of Corporate Accounting experience preferably within the Retail Industry
• 2+ years of leadership
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Exposure to common ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms

COMPENSATION:

$110,000 - $120,000 + bonus
