Manage staffing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce planning. Supervise, coach, develop, investigate, and manage performance and corrective action for employees and site supervisors. Maintain operational and personnel records, ensure licensing and contractual compliance, and respond to client concerns.
