Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing E-commerce processes to ensure maximum efficient Lean production while meeting quantity and quality standards to maximize sales. Oversees the collection, marketing, sales, and delivery of donated books and product sold on Internet sites.
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a related field or an associate’s degree, or equivalent experience as noted below.
With a bachelor’s degree: minimum of 3 years recent retail experience as an assistant store manager with discount store, high volume specialty store or primary managerial position in a department store or big box retailer.
With an associate’s degree: minimum of 5 years recent experience as an assistant store manager with a discount store, high volume specialty store or primary managerial position in a department store or big box retailer.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
