Our clients consistently turn to us for help in areas such as: consumer lending strategy, customer experience, digital lending, loan origination and servicing, capital markets, risk management, finance, and accounting.Position/Program RequirementsMinimum Year(s) of Experience: 3Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degreeDegree Preferred: MBA or Bachelor's degreeKnowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in challenging our clients operational status quo by designing and implementing novel automation solutions including in the following areas:- Robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing, Optical Character Recognition(OCR) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions; - Automation technologies and the consumer lending business operations and systems (e.g. mortgage, student, auto and credit cards); and,- Implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools in the Financial Services industry, such as Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, UIPath, and Workfusion is preferred. Demonstrates thorough abilities in utilizing similar automation solutions or analytical tools, including: VBA, Java, analytical tools (SQL, Qlickview, Tableau, SAS) or other programming languages.Skills Preferred: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in consulting for the Consumer Lending and Financial Services industry, including in the following areas:- Analyzing detailed finance and business processes to identify improvement opportunities, including knowledge of broader business process re-engineering efforts (Lean, workflow design, etc.); and,- Identifying and addressing client needs by actively participating in client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. read more
