To succeed in this role, you should have a technical aptitude and a passion for learning and customer service. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service to maintain client satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities Technical support with a customer service first approach Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Provide accurate information on IT products or services Work with ticketing system to track service tickets Help create technical documentation and manuals Roll out computers, software and devices as needed. Maintain backup jobs and tapes Participate in on call and month end rotation   Key Requirements Experience with Desktop support, Mobile devices and Windows networking environments Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners Customer-oriented attitude Willingness and ability to learn new skills in progressive environment Excellent communication skills Hands on experience with Windows environments Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills A.A in Technology related field or equivalent work experience.  Bachelors a plus.
