Employer is looking for Collection Recovery Specialist in Riverside, CA. This local job opportunity with ID 716601 is live since 10/01/2017.


As a successful member of the Recovery team you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Timely arrangements of repayment on Charged off accounts
  • Maximizing recovery of principal and fees on complex accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment
  • Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
  • In addition; candidates must possess, excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to  productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with advanced problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations


  • 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience/Collections experience
  • Excellent phone communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage daily workload
  • Proven ability working in a team atmosphere; in a fast paced, fun environment
  • Computer proficiency and acumen
  • Self motivated attitude with a desire to succeed


High School or Equivalent required

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
