Willow Valley Living is seeking an experienced, proven leader for the position of Executive Vice President of Residential Operations. Reporting to the President, this position provides leadership and direction to a dynamic team of seasoned senior living leaders. This position will provide opportunities for a forward thinking individual to build upon the team's strengths to ensure the organizations goals and objectives are met.

Willow Valley Living seeks a candidate with strong senior living management and leadership experience in operations and is skilled in identifying, applying, and analyzing data metrics to control costs, add value, and increase growth across the continuum. This senior living executive will be capable of cultivating a climate of collegiality, and cooperation among the team, and of fostering an environment responsive to residents and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare or comparable discipline and a minimum seven years' experience in a senior management position. Experience in a multi-site organization will be a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
