A Day in The Life

As Project Coordinator, you will run point on various projects and drive alignment across the organization between delivery and client satisfaction. You will also manage scope, changes and risk throughout projects’ lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and milestone achievement. 

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues across the business to gather and disseminate project needs
  • Schedule and lead regular client and colleague meetings
  • Develop project plans and manage and track resource allocation
  • Make recommendations to optimize project management methodology and delivery
  • Identify need(s) for new processes and provide recommendations to management for consideration
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new and updated processes/project plans
  • Document observations, make recommendations for needs regarding new and existing processes in accordance with defined standards
  • Mitigate project risks to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Provide administrative or operational support where needed

What You’ll Need to Win!

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Project management certifications are a plus, but not required (i.e. CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing multiple cybersecurity consulting projects and project schedules, servicing healthcare clients
  • Experience with change management to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools to initiate, prepare (definitions/scope/requirements), execute & control (scope, work plans, resources, deliverables, quality assurance, transition planning, etc.), and close (completion and acceptance)
  • Strong organization, time management, communication and client-facing skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Versatility, flexibility, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
