Description

The ATM Channel Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the ATM Channel to drive efficient channel management and superior customer experience.  Responsibilities will include establishing and fostering effective relationships with internal business partners to assist in effective Channel management across all areas of the bank that impact ATMs or ATM transactions.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintain channel dashboard and associated reporting
  • Oversee of all channel policies, procedure and process maps
  • Assist with vendor management ensuring appropriate documentation and oversight
  • Ownership of Risk and Audit documentation including follow-up of all open action items
  • Partner with Operations, Contact Center colleagues, user experience/design teams, analytics teams, and technical resources to implement and manage enhancements and improvements to the ATM channel
  • Represent and support business line owners or business partner interests on project execution, defect resolutions, small enhancement requests, and prioritization
  • Additionally, the ATM Product Specialist will leverage customer experience management tools to identify opportunities to improve the channel  while adhering to customer experience goals and Citizens usability and design standards and policies
  • Ensure effective team identification of and act as escalation point for project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies within the portfolio, working with the team to track, devise and implement effective mitigation strategies taking corrective action to achieve resolution to the satisfaction of Program Manager and/or business sponsor

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with high degree of professionalism and intuitive ability to prioritize against department  and company goals
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Access, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to support and influence cross-functional teams
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer experience and customer service
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Desire to work in a constantly evolving environment where new capabilities and new ways of thinking are emerging on a daily basis

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years experience in financial services industry experience

  • Prior experience in banking  applications, and experience partnering with operations and  technology teams in delivering customer-focused functionality

  • Strong research capabilities, project management and industry knowledge including customer, competitor and technology

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years banking experience required

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
