The ATM Channel Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the ATM Channel to drive efficient channel management and superior customer experience. Responsibilities will include establishing and fostering effective relationships with internal business partners to assist in effective Channel management across all areas of the bank that impact ATMs or ATM transactions.
Primary responsibilities include:
1-2 years of experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data
Strong oral and written communication skills
3+ years experience in financial services industry experience
Prior experience in banking applications, and experience partnering with operations and technology teams in delivering customer-focused functionality
Strong research capabilities, project management and industry knowledge including customer, competitor and technology
Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years banking experience required
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
