Coordinates the scheduling and completion of service jobs outside of the AAA Smart Home service area by communicating with customers and service partners directly.
Controls the process through the initial call, scheduling, follow-up and completion.
Utilize phone (outbound and inbound calls) and email to coordinate and follow-up on scheduling of service and installation with customers and designated service partners.
Provide follow-up with service providers and customers to ensure that jobs have been completed and that they meet or exceed the standards of AAA Smart Home.
Enter data and notes into computer systems and software in order to detail actions and tasks.

NOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Two or more years in a customer service industry role
Strong customer service communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some call center experience is desired
Bilingual in Spanish is desired
