The Product Lead drives rapid consumer adoption and inspires brand loyalty, designs communication to attract new users, focuses on knowing the target customer and developing ways to improve interactions with the customer.
Design communication blueprint to attract new users
Set and achieve awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention targets to support growth
Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of acquisition and engagement channels (e.g., website, app, email, social, out-of-home, video, radio, public relations, referrals)
Optimize resources: Design and execute tests, analyze results, and make changes to improve ROI
Embody the voice of the customer: Lead industry, competitor, and consumer research
Formulates, sets goals, determines actions to achieve the goals, and mobilizes resources to execute the actions.
Brand loyalty - Cultivate a pattern of consumer behavior where consumers become committed to a brand and make repeat purchases form the same brands over time.
Consumer life cycle knowledge - Knowledge of the progression of the steps a customer goes through when considering purchasing, using, and maintaining loyalty to a product or service.
Research - Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. Identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes through highly analytical thinking and analysis.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
4 years combined experience in marketing, brand, and product
New user acquisition experience across a broad portfolio of marketing channels
Experience working in a consumer packaged goods organization
