We are seeking a driven, self-motivated
B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand our market share and drive revenue growth within our designated territory. In this field-based role, you will travel to meet prospective and existing corporate clients face-to-face, identify their specific business needs, and present tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of proven, verifiable B2B outside sales experience.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools.
- Travel: Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory (with occasional overnight stays for conferences or regional meetings).
- Mindset: Highly independent, organized, and results-driven with a "hunter" mentality.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Performance Perks

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base salary (depending on baseline industry experience).
