Role Overview:

• Join the Business Practice Group in the Mobile office
• Handle a range of corporate and transactional matters
• 2+ years of corporate or transactional experience preferred
• LL.M. in taxation is a plus
• Healthcare transactions experience is a plus
• Work closely with a collaborative team across offices
• Primarily onsite with some flexibility depending on office
