CIWS Senior Finance Manager

In this role you will lead the financial management for the CIWS portfolio within the Naval Systems & Sustainment Product Area. You will supervise a small team and partner with program leadership to align strategic, operational, and financial objectives. You will manage planning, investments, and controls across development, production, and sustainment phases, delivering results for senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with a mix of onsite and remote work, offering exposure to international customers and high-impact defense programs.

• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the CIWS portfolio across development, production, and sustainment.
• Lead a team of five finance professionals and collaborate with program managers, contracts, and supply chain.
• Ensure EACs, monthly LREs, FP&A commitments, and overhead oversight; evaluate and approve new business investments.
• Support Program Area Reviews, proposals, strategy updates, and ad hoc analyses.
• Present data to senior leaders and collaborate cross-functionally across the US.
• Manage priorities across multiple US-based teams and travel as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or a related advanced degree with 7+ years)
• Experience presenting data to senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Program Controls and FP&A
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
• Active Secret Clearance preferred; knowledge of APEX, RPlan, PRISM tools is a plus
