FP&A Manager, Finance Operations

In this role you lead the Tallassee site's FP&A function within the Defense segment, steering the annual plan, forecasts, and long-range planning. You'll partner with site leadership to deliver actionable insights and strengthen financial performance. You'll drive risk/opportunity assessment and support strategic decisions to optimize operations. • Lead annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes
• Create financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for decisions
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and PM to drive improvements
• Own site planning and reporting in OneStream with data integrity and timely submissions
• Support month-end close with variance analysis and management reporting
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations for site and leadership
• Advise on investments and key business initiatives with financial guidance
• Evaluate capital expenditures and ROIs
• Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization
• Lead or participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A/finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong presentation, communication, and business partnering skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle Fusion, or similar planning/consolidation tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, LPR, refugee, or asylee) for export control
