What You Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Some hands-on experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
• High School Diploma
• Tech school training (1-2 years) or industrial electrician experience
• Ability to operate equipment like a manlift and run conduit
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
