Senior Manager, Finance - Marketplace

In this role you will drive financial planning and performance insights for Walmart Marketplace across international markets, partnering with local finance and business teams to strengthen plans and investment decisions. You will connect regional needs with Global Marketplace strategy, shaping assortment, seller growth, fulfillment, pricing, and monetization. You bring strong financial judgment and cross-cultural collaboration to influence senior leadership and drive profitable growth. • Support financial planning, forecasting, business cases, and performance insights for assigned international markets
• Partner with local market Finance and business teams to evaluate growth opportunities, investment choices, seller and assortment strategies, fulfillment economics, and operating risks
• Build common scorecards and decision frameworks to compare market performance while recognizing local differences
• Identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability
• Coordinate with Global Marketplace, International, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, and Strategy partners
• Support executive reviews and flex into cross-market or enterprise initiatives as priorities change

• Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support business performance and expense management
• Ability to manage complex control structures and mitigate financial risks through robust processes
• Strong communication skills to present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates
• Experience driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs
