Director, Business Strategy, HVAC-R

In this leadership role, you shape Walmart's organizational vision and strategy, guiding execution across divisions through cross functional collaboration. You drive change initiatives, ensure adoption, and translate insights into scalable improvements in merchandising and operations. You lead talent development, ethics, and partnerships to deliver customer centric results at scale. You'll work with senior leaders to align initiatives with the company's mission and pursue continuous improvement.

• Define and communicate the organizational vision and strategic execution plan to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead change initiatives end-to-end, confirming value, prioritization, and adoption across the organization
• Oversee process improvements and merchandising projects, benchmarking programs and stakeholder consultation
• Drive development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional programs
• Analyze costs, forecasts, and resources to inform plans and measure outcomes
• Develop strategies to attract and retain talent, including mentorship and succession planning
• Foster integrity and ethics by embedding Walmart values and an Open Door Policy
• Build internal and external partnerships to advance business goals and community initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
• 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
• 2 years' supervisory experience
