Senior Director, Business Strategy - Consumables and Health & Wellness Sourcing Enablement

In this role you will lead three accelerants-Strategy & Transformation, Value Execution, and Supply & Network Enablement-to translate CHW sourcing strategy into actionable priorities and measurable value. You will partner across functions and markets to accelerate growth, strengthen supplier networks, and drive enterprise-scale impact. The role demands turning strategy into execution through disciplined governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-visibility position focused on transforming how CHW Sourcing creates value at Walmart. You will shape capabilities, mentor teams, and deliver sustained competitive advantage.

• Lead enterprise-level CHW Sourcing Strategy & Transformation, aligning priorities with enterprise objectives and customer value
• Own the strategic portfolio, governance, milestones, and visibility to outcome realization across top initiatives
• Incubate and scale repeatable value programs (e.g., Sourcing Waves) with measurable outcomes
• Synthesize performance data with external signals to shape decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders
• Drive cross-functional execution by removing barriers and ensuring accountability for commercial delivery
• Lead Value Execution by identifying and tracking opportunities to improve cost, profitability, and sourcing effectiveness
• Build a high-performing, multidisciplinary team spanning strategy, analytics, network optimization, and transformation
• Transform Supply & Network Enablement with advanced network models and supplier diversification
• Translate supplier and network strategies into executable plans improving cost, speed, and risk management
• Develop and motivate teams, establish accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• 10+ years of relevant experience leading complex strategic, analytical, technology, or transformation agendas
• Experience shaping multi-year strategies and transformation portfolios in global, cross-functional contexts
• Strong business and financial acumen, including value-case development and investment prioritization
• Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models at scale
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Bachelor in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
