A manufacturing company in Camden, AR is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead core human resources functions and support a high-performance, employee-focused environment. This role will partner closely with leadership to manage employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, compliance, performance, and talent development. - Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning. - Conduct and document employee investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and employment laws. - Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a culture of collaboration, growth, and mentorship. - Manage compensation planning, benefits administration, and performance review processes. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations, including Affirmative Action and reporting. - Collaborate with the Director of HR on strategic initiatives such as succession planning, policy development, and organizational structure. - Oversee HR reporting, payroll/timekeeping processes, workers compensation, and site security coordination.
