Bilingual Mandarin Logistics Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, issuing, returns, transfers, cycle counts, and shipping.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and material traceability through system control and physical counts.
• Knowledge of construction materials such as ductwork, fittings, structural steel, threaded rods, bolts, nuts, supports, and related installation hardware.
• Ensure all inbound, outbound, transfer, and return transactions are accurately recorded in ERP, warehouse, or inventory tracking systems.
• Oversee warehouse layout, stock locations, material identification, and storage practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, field teams, and internal stakeholders on deliveries, shortages, urgent requests, and changing priorities.
• Respond quickly to shifting project schedules, urgent material needs, and operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Support SOP improvement, warehouse process optimization, and overall operational consistency.
• Maintain warehouse 6S, safety compliance, equipment readiness, and a safe working environment.
• Provide regular updates to the Department Manager on inventory status, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support overtime on weekdays, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by project needs.
