Covey Security is hiring a hands-on Armed Field Supervisor to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area.

This is a mobile role — you'll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and making sure our officers are doing the job right.

• Cover call-offs and open shifts
• Conduct site checks and coach officers
• Handle incidents and support operations
• Keep standards tight across all sites

• Active AZ Armed Guard Card
• 1+ year security experience
• Clean driving record (REQUIRED) – company vehicle provided
• Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work varied shifts

• Not stuck at one site – stay active in the field
• Growth into full-time and leadership roles
• Work with a strong operations team
