Public Finance Investment Banking Director - Senior Living

In this role you will serve as a senior member of the Senior Living team, leading deal origination, structuring, and execution for senior living and long-term care clients. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee transaction teams while expanding the firm's presence in the sector. The position emphasizes sector origination, strategic planning, and franchise-building, with execution aligned to your background. • Build and sustain relationships with senior living providers and issuers
• Origination and business development to identify new client opportunities
• Lead structuring and execution of bond issuances and other capital markets transactions
• Develop and oversee financial models for debt transactions
• Provide strategic guidance on capital raising and long-term planning
• Lead and mentor Associates and Analysts
• Maintain market intelligence on trends and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Contribute to recruitment and franchise-building initiatives

• 7+ years in investment banking, public finance, municipal advisory, or related fields
• Strong client relationship management and transaction execution track record
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Series 52 and 63 and 7 licenses or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with senior living or long-term care operating models and debt structures
• Experience with tax-exempt bonds, taxable debt, or municipal finance preferred
