We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Vectorworks Designer to lead our CAD team and bring creative concepts to life through detailed technical drawings and innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with advanced Vectorworks expertise, a strong understanding of scenic construction and fabrication, and the ability to manage projects and mentor others. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the CAD team while remaining actively involved in design and drafting. Create and oversee accurate 2D/3D drawings, construction plans, and fabrication documentation. Collaborate with creative, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and build-ready. Maintain drawing standards, quality control, and project deadlines. Troubleshoot technical challenges and improve departmental workflows. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks and 3D modeling. Experience with scenic fabrication, construction methods, and materials. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members.
