Stellar Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and in top working condition. In this on-site role, you’ll perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, resident apartments, and common areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs. You’ll respond quickly to work orders, support room turns, and help with community projects, all while minimizing disruption to residents. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and resident rooms Respond promptly to work orders and urgent repair requests to ensure safety and comfort Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues within scope of role Maintain safe, clean, and organized maintenance shop, tools, and storage areas Conduct regular safety and systems inspections, documenting and resolving issues Support community projects, room turns, and set-up for events as needed Collaborate with nursing and caregiving teams to minimize resident disruption during repairs Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines in a healthcare setting General building maintenance Basic plumbing repair Basic electrical repair HVAC troubleshooting Appliance repair Preventative maintenance scheduling Safety and OSHA compliance Work order management Use of hand and power tools Basic carpentry and drywall repair Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Knowledge of building safety codes and OSHA standards Ability to pass background check and drug screen5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
