Urgent: 2 X FM Physicians needed in Northeast Arizona Location: Northern Arizona; Critical Access Hospital/Clinic; Navajo Reservation/Indian Country; beautiful scenery: hiking, road & mountain biking, cross country skiing, running, photography, and more Coverage: 8am - 5pm, very occasional Call Ongoing need; 6 week to 3 month minimum commitment Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for Job 1, Active unrestricted license in Any State for Job 2
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine may be acceptable if able to see Peds)
• Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
• Commitment of 6 weeks to 3 months minimum
• Committed to rural and underserved healthcare
• Able to provide excellent care with limited resources
• Compassionate, mission-driven practitioner, comfortable and/or experienced working in rural Indian Health
