Business Development Executive – Inside Sales Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Salary: up to $63,500 Uncapped Commission top 10% performing employees are earning $200,000 Target OTE: $120,000 Recruitment Partner: Stelvio Group The Opportunity Stelvio Group is partnering with an established, market-leading digital technology business to recruit ambitious Business Development Executives for its Scottsdale sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoy winning new business. You'll be responsible for generating new customers through outbound sales activity, promoting digital advertising and marketing solutions that help businesses increase visibility, attract customers and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling (125–150 calls per day). Identify customer needs and present tailored digital advertising solutions. Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through to closing. Build relationships with prospective customers and confidently handle objections. Communicate product value, return on investment and commercial benefits. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage prospect follow-ups. What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, outbound B2B sales or business development. Proven success in generating new business and closing sales over the telephone. Confidence working in a high-volume outbound calling environment. Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills. A consultative sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value and ROI. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. A resilient, ambitious and target-driven mindset. Experience in digital advertising, SaaS, marketing solutions or real estate technology is advantageous but not essential. Interested?
