Enterprise Medical is assisting in recruiting a Gastroenterologist for a hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group in Lompoc, California.

About the Opportunity:

• Join a hospital-based multi-specialty group with 41 physicians and 15 APPs
• 10 days of call per month - light volume
• Dedicated GI suite and endoscopy facility
• Equipped for ERCP (EUS not available)
• Currently performing over 200 procedures per month on dedicated two- and one-half procedure days
• Monday-Friday schedule with one afternoon typically used for admin
• The hospital is highly experienced with setting up physicians on S-Corp models
• Credentialing: 60-90 days (CA license is the biggest delay)
• Supportive environment with GI techs and a trained MA assigned to each provider

Compensation Package:

• Greater of base salary of $562K OR productivity ($75 per wRVU )
• $25K sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided
• Paid malpractice and health insurance for individuals and families
• 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement
• 30 days of compensated time off annually
• $5,000 CME stipend
