Licensed Chiropractor - Business Partnership Opportunity

About the Opportunity

We are opening a wellness clinic in Los Angeles offering massage therapy and physical therapy services. We are looking for a licensed Chiropractor (DC) to serve as the owner of our Professional Corporation (PC) in a compliant PC + MSO structure.

This is NOT a traditional employment position. This is a business partnership opportunity ideal for a chiropractor who wants guaranteed passive income without the stress of running a practice.

What We Handle (Through Our MSO):

• 100% of operations and management

• All billing and insurance credentialing

• Staff, scheduling, and marketing

• All day-to-day business decisions

Your Role:

• Own the Professional Corporation

• Maintain your active California DC license

• Ensure clinical compliance and oversight

• Optional: See patients if desired

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly fee (guaranteed)

• No income variability

• No business expenses on your end

Ideal Candidate:

• Active California DC license in good standing

• Open to a passive business partnership

• Semi-retired or looking for additional income stream

• Based in or near Los Angeles
