Role Description

Marina Security Services is hiring full-time Security Site Supervisors for multiple openings in San Francisco and South San Francisco. The Site Supervisor leads security operations at an assigned post, directing officers across all shifts, conducting briefings and uniform inspections, managing incident response, and serving as the primary field escalation point between site staff and Marina's operations team. This role requires consistent on-site presence, strong written documentation, and the ability to hold a team to a high standard shift after shift. Compensation is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card required
• Minimum two years of security experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage personnel, de-escalate conflict, and communicate clearly under pressure
• Strong written English required; incident report writing is a core deliverable of this role
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is highly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, government, or high-traffic commercial environments is a plus
