SAP FICO Lead Consultant - Onsite

We're Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead (Brownfield Migration) - ONSITE - L.A./O.C.

We're looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to join a high-impact global transformation program. This role will lead a Brownfield migration from ECC to S/4HANA, supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, and key Latin American markets. This role will require you to be onsite several days a week for collaboration.

Location:Hybrid – must be able to work ONSITE 2–3 days per week near Cerritos, CA

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end FI/CO delivery for a large-scale S/4HANA Brownfield migration (on-premise, hosted on a dedicated hyperscaler)
• Drive design workshops and partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes
• Oversee configuration, data, and process setup aligned with SAP best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEF development
• Ensure testing, quality assurance, and go-live readiness
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives
• Manage issues, risks, and stakeholder communications across regions

What You Bring

• 10+ years of SAP delivery experience, including Brownfield S/4HANA migrations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-team global SAP programs
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, including supply chain integration
