Senior Business Analyst

We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst (IAM Focus) to support a major digital transformation initiative. This is a 2+ year contract.

Our client is undergoing a full-scale modernization of core systems including Identity & Access Management (IAM), HR, Finance, and IT Service Management (ITSM). This is a unique opportunity to join a newly reorganized environment where formal BA practices do not yet exist and help build them from the ground up.

This role will focus primarily on IAM (IGA/PAM, identity lifecycle, access governance) while also supporting ITSM initiatives (25%).

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading requirements gathering and process design for IAM initiatives
• Translating policies into clear business and functional requirements
• Facilitating workshops across technical and business stakeholders
• Creating process flows, user stories, and traceability to testing
• Partnering with vendors to validate solutions and ensure alignment
• Helping establish BA standards, templates, and best practices from scratch

Ideal candidates will have experience working in complex transformation environments, especially where they've helped bring structure to loosely defined or evolving processes.

Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are key.
