This position is to support the IT team on the CA Tower project. This is a career FTE position that will end on 12/31/2030, when the new construction project reaches its conclusion.
Under the direction of the IT Implementations Manager and the CA Tower IT program manager, this Analyst will perform highly complex analyses of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system and process requirements and/or specifications related to the CA Tower project. This analyst will function as a technical lead with a high degree of knowledge and will function as the IT lead for all tasks related to transition planning, implementation and execution of the project. This analyst must be highly organized and will frequently be required to provide analysis of unique issues, workflows and problems that require in-depth problem-solving. This analyst may manage project deliverables or tasks that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes and resources. Highly effective leadership and communication skills with diverse audiences is essential.
As the Business Systems Analyst 4 for the CA Tower project, this position is responsible for applying advanced business processes and in-depth analysis of concepts, workflows and objects to solve highly complex issues with variable factors. This analyst may be responsible for suggesting and/or selecting methods, techniques and criteria to complete detailed evaluations related to transition planning for the CA Tower construction project.
This position will interact with all levels of IT management and staff and will work with a high degree of independence and decision-making. The position will lead multiple efforts of information gathering for business, budgetary and solutioning efforts and initiatives related to the CA Tower project. This position will work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts throughout the project delivery process.
This position involves a combination of strategic planning, as well as process and project management to ensure IT Facilities/Implementations aligns with the overall business objectives for the project and its stakeholders. This analyst will be leading high impact business and project efforts to deliver advanced technical analysis to meet project needs. This position requires strong skills in project management, collaboration, influencing, and technical analysis. May be required to work outside traditional business hours to meet critical needs of the project.
