Trove is a vertical SaaS platform built exclusively for the manufactured and modular home industry. We build the marketing, website, and CRM tools that dealers use to attract leads, convert buyers, and close more deals — purpose-built for how this industry actually works. Our digital marketing service is a core part of what we sell: dealers trust us to run their Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads so they can focus on the lot.
This is the head of marketing services at Trove. You'll own the entire digital marketing operation for our dealer customers — from the strategy we use across accounts to the day-to-day execution of campaigns. You'll manage a book of 20–50+ active dealer accounts, oversee 1–2 contractors, and be directly accountable for the results we deliver. If the ads aren't working, that's on you to diagnose and fix. If the reporting isn't telling a clear story, that's yours to improve. This is a high-ownership role at a small company — you'll have real influence over how we build and scale this service.
Own and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for a book of 50+ manufactured home dealer accounts
Set the strategic direction for how we run campaigns across the portfolio — what we test, what we scale, what we cut
Build and iterate on ad creative: copy, imagery direction, offers, and targeting — across many clients simultaneously
Onboard new customers onto Trove's marketing service — account setup, pixel installation, campaign structure, and initial strategy
Produce and deliver monthly performance reports for each account — clear, client-facing, tied to leads and outcomes not vanity metrics
Manage 1–2 contractors who support campaign execution — assign work, review output, hold the quality bar
Monitor account performance daily and intervene when campaigns underperform — you're not set-it-and-forget-it
Develop playbooks and repeatable processes so the marketing operation scales as we add customers
Attend industry conferences and trade shows roughly once per quarter
3+ years managing paid social and search campaigns — Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads required
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously — agency background is a strong fit
Comfortable owning strategy, not just executing someone else's playbook
Strong with ad creative — you can write compelling copy and direct creative that performs, even without a design team
Clear, confident communicator — you can explain campaign performance to a small business owner who doesn't know what a CPL is
Analytically sharp — you know what the numbers mean and what to do about them
Organized enough to manage 50+ accounts without things falling through the cracks
Experience in real estate, home services, or a similarly local/dealer-driven industry is a plus
You own the results of the marketing service. Success means dealer accounts are generating more qualified leads month over month, retention is high because customers can see the value, and the operation runs cleanly enough to scale. You'll be measured on account performance, customer retention tied to marketing, and your ability to build a repeatable, growing service line.
