Job Overview

This full-time Outreach Specialist role plays a key part in driving enrollment and community engagement within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. This is a relationship-focused, mission-driven sales role where success comes from building trust within the community, not hard selling.

You'll develop partnerships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, community organizations, and local leaders to generate referrals and guide participants into the program. Responsibilities include executing outreach strategies, hosting community events, educating referral sources, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.
