As Senior Litigation Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization's interests by managing complex legal disputes in a fast-moving technology landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape key legal strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of litigation, including strategy, motions, depositions, trials, and appeals.
• Advise on litigation exposure and risk.
• Partner with internal departments such as compliance and product to navigate legal matters affecting the company's operations.
• Manage and work closely with outside counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents.
• Monitor evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, especially in technology and privacy.

Must-Have Skills:

• JD from a top law school.
• Active bar membership in California (in good standing).
• At least 5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Experience working within a technology or AI-driven company.
• Demonstrated history of strong outcomes and effective case execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of privacy and IP law.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Familiarity with working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced organizational structure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external counsel and vendors.
