Litigation Paralegal

Job description:

Saeedian Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills serving clients in Los Angeles and throughout California. We are seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Litigation Paralegal, responsible for providing support to attorneys at all stages of litigation matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• Proficiency in Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court rules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
• Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines. Candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain electronic filing of pleadings
• Manage and coordinate attorney calendars
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, review relevant documents, and conduct legal research
• Draft various legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, summons, and discovery materials
• File lawsuits and draft motions
• Assist in compiling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials

Spanish speaking is a plus

Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
