Business Immigration Paralegal *Hybrid*

What you'll be doing:

• Under direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and/or nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS applications
• Work directly with clients
• Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines meeting client SLAs
• Enter and maintain data in immigration case management system
• Organize and maintain immigration files
• Work directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing
• Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions

What you need:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters.
• Experience in a high volume practice and Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational and writing skills required as well as superior attention to detail.
• Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook required.
• Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.
