Program Manager - Business Transformation

Hard Requirements:

• Ability to work in Long Beach 4X a week
• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working on digital or business transformation programs, (procurement, manufacturing, supply chain is a plus)
• Strong program planning and execution skills, managing multiple workstreams in parallel
• Ability to operate independently and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience using Jira for program and team planning

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned workstreams, including roadmap definition, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive operating cadences, business centric decision-making, and escalations across cross-functional teams
• Manage risks, priorities, and execution plans tied to vehicle and business milestones
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track delivery and progress
• Partner closely with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve business and execution challenges
