VP of Business Development - Hospice (Focuses on growth/referrals)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development - Hospice, based in Orange, CA. The role involves driving business growth by developing new referral sources, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and leading the development of business plans to expand hospice services. Responsibilities also include identifying growth opportunities, conducting contract negotiations, overseeing account management activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The VP of Business Development will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with referral partners and ensuring the company's services meet community needs.
