Daily Drills is seeking a full-time, on-site Head of Marketing (Mon–Thurs in office, Fri remote) to lead the marketing team, brand storytelling, and overall marketing vision across all channels. This role will own the marketing calendar from concept through execution, ensuring every campaign, influencer initiative, partnership, event, and channel feels cohesive, culturally relevant, and true to the Daily Drills brand.

Responsibilities

Brand Storytelling, Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Daily Drills brand identity, aesthetic, customer, and long-term vision as driven by the founders, translating it into cohesive marketing initiatives and storytelling across all channels.
  • Own and lead the overarching storytelling vision across all collections, ensuring every touchpoint including influencer, partnerships, events, PR, social, email, SMS, web, and app feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned under one campaign vision.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team including the Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Influencer Manager, Social Manager, Partnerships Manager and Copywriter- providing clear creative direction, strategic guidance, and the tools needed to execute cohesive, high-level campaigns across all brand touchpoints.
  • Own and oversee the marketing calendar aligned with bi-weekly launches, partnerships, pop-ups, campaigns, and company priorities, ensuring all initiatives are strategically planned and launch-ready.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional workback schedules in partnership with creative, production, operations, copywriting, and strategy teams to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and launch timelines are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Lead campaign execution from concept through launch, ensuring all marketing initiatives are fully prepared, quality-checked, and aligned across departments prior to launch.
  • Monitor the product pipeline to ensure marketing initiatives align with upcoming launches, and overall business objectives.
  • Identify culturally relevant opportunities, collaborations, partnerships, and community-building initiatives that align with the DD lifestyle and audience.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or executional challenges within campaigns and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong background in brand storytelling, campaign development, influencer marketing, partnerships, and GTM execution.
  • Experience leading marketing calendars and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of social media, ecommerce, retention, and DTC marketing strategies.
  • Experience operating within a fast-moving drop model business is strongly preferred.
  • Highly creative, organized, detail-oriented, and culturally plugged-in with strong leadership and communication skills.
